Pros

Covered parking and a solid area to get errands done on break

Cons

The owner and his family associates Constant micromanagement Constant belittling and harassment You never see the person who hires you after the first day Instability among coworkers Low pay Terrible benefits Not always paid on time No direct deposit Little training This place was so bad, I won’t even order a pie from places that use their system.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our company. I have carefully considered all your points here and I am surprised by some of the things mentioned. I confirm that our compensation policy complies with Boston's market range for each role. We also pride ourselves to always pay our employees on time. Regarding the person who interviews you, the process currently is: a)speak with HR, b)speak with the team manager/senior colleague and c) speak with our CEO. Our interview process is structured this way that you definitely see the person who hires you after your first day :) I do appreciate the process might not have been the same when you had joined the company but we are committed to improving our processes. I assure you we take employee feedback very seriously and are creating training materials, perf reviews, and organizational structure in order to help our people grow. Thank you and all the best.

Pros

There is a parking garage where you can park for free, although the spots are tiny and there is barely enough room for everyone.

Cons

This company lacks all that makes a company professional. There are no performance reviews in the year that I've worked full time. All employees are held to a different standard depending on how much the management likes you, i.e. what can be done by some cannot necessarily by done by all. Policies can be changed at a whim without any official notice to the employees. There is no room for professional growth or development. The company does not build you up as an asset and instead treats its employees as cheap commodites, which reflects in the pay. Along with this, when employees leave, the company fails to replace them in a timely manner so the employees are forced to do the work of multiple people without any bonuses or change in compensation.

- Interesting job with many different projects (desktop, mobile and web apps, front and back end, data mining etc) you can select to work on. - Great culture that includes adventure trips paid by the company, dinners out, a ping-pong table, coffee, fruits and snacks etc. - Flexible working hours. - The most interested you are in the work, the more opportunities you will have.

Cons

- They pay bellow the market's average salaries. - Difficulty to keep senior engineers - Always in a hurry with the deadlines
