The only pros are some of the people you get to work with.

Cons

The CEO is the most abrasive and rude person you will ever meet. He will make promises that are never delivered. Raises are non-existent. Most of the company is made up of Greek employees, who he pays significantly less than US wages for the exact same work. You will not learn anything useful here for your continued education or resume. Just stay far away. Let the company fail finally because of the CEO. Stop providing him with new employees to fill in the turnover.

Pros

Everyone is very easy to communicate with and answer questions, from all parts of the company, which helps to gather a greater understanding of the ins & outs of day to day business. The product itself is very strong, leading the market and it was interesting to work on something that is considered an industry leader.
