Very supportive and offer opportunities to grow and move to other departments.
Cons
- When understaffed the amount of work an analyst needs to handle multiplies so much that causes stress and disappointment. - The culture and values of the company are not defined and implemented properly causing confrontations between employees. - Communication between departments could be better.
