      Potential for greatness with a new shift in perspective

      Pros

      Overall the employees are a great group, just a few bad eggs left to separate. Decent benefits programs. Good fitness program. There have been some positive personnel changes recently, these should provide several benefits in the long run.

      Cons

      Lack of direction & innovation. (This is the way we've always done it, so shall it continue...) <=Improving "Key" people that serve to perpetuate their existence but provide little to no benefit to the company. Silly rules & posturing that make progress difficult.

      Pros

      Benefits are top notch - free employees health & life insurance for participating in a workout program in the company gym a short time each week. Working out in the gym also provides opportunities to earn an extra paid week of vacation per year. Cash and PTO rewards for perfect attendance, company luncheons every couple of months, profit sharing, open door policy and a fun work environment make this a place you love to go every day. We do work hard and you leave tired at the end of the day but it's with the satisfaction that you've done a good job for the customer!

      Cons

      Attendance is a challenge for some employees, we're not overstaffed so when a few people call in sick on the same day, the burden is on their co-workers to take care of the customer. The good thing is the company doesn't put up with slackers who don't show up on a regular basis, so if you have a problem coming to work when you're supposed to - this is not the place for you!

      Pros

      I travelled to several chiropractic seminars on the weekends and saw a lot of the country, and the clients were very friendly and hospitable. Free insurance if you work out in the onsite gym

      Cons

      Shifty work hours, useless Wednesday morning meetings, micro management, won't pay overtime, no time during business hours to take care of dr apts or errands, no appreciation for a job well done, no incentives for top producers, management team is so "busy" ( stuck in useless meetings) that nothing ever gets done. Employee satisfaction is very very low, many having feelings of despair! TERRIBLE PAY!!!!
