Pros

This was a great starter job, and gave me a good opportunity to gain experience and move up without requiring a degree.

Cons

The company preaches quality of life, but does not back it up. If you aspire to move up in the company, be prepared to kiss your personal life goodbye. There are many levels of responsibility that are not reflected in pay scale. Pay is based solely on the volume of the store you work in, not the responsibilities you have throughout the district. There are no raises based on longevity or seniority.

Pros

30% off mostly anything. Satisfaction of knowing that you helped a customer!

Cons

Pay is unacceptable! Minumum wage for PTers. No annual pay increase. (Some associates worked there for years and still only made minumum wage.) Hours are not steady Little room for promotions. Deal with people nasty attitudes and the management does nothing about it!
