Pros

-Amazing discount -good start for those who doesn't have any retail experience -benefits even as a part timer

Cons

-super competitive , staff will often steal each other sales -limit on the discount -low pays - unprofessional managers.

I was in customer service so I had to sell shoes.

Pros

People are pretty chill, a lot are very interested in big shoes like air jordans and such. If you sell a lot you can get comission on those sales.

Cons

You have to sell shoe accessories which is not always easy. You have to sell insoles as well as shoe cleaners. There's competition between sellers.
