-Phenomenal leadership/management -Great tools/resources provided to do the job -Everyone has a voice at this company -Outstanding commission structure and rewards for performance -All about relationship building with clients and candidates and making sure every opportunity is a great fit for everyone -The best team I have been apart of

Laid back work environment

Very laid back work environment, ability to work from home.

Cons

Pay structure could be a lot better. Top recruiter or two are making very good money. Everyone else is not.
