      Flexible work schedule, great work/life balance, management is very supportive and always available when needed, team culture is great! Really fun place to work.

      Cons

      Job market has been tough so it's been hard to find interested candidates. Not Footbridge's fault

      Cons

      They don't provide the correct safety equipment for the sites. The people that they hire aren't really qualified for the positions. You end up doing all the work and training the staff that will probably be with the company for less than a year.
