Great work environment. I have had several jobs in different industries but the culture is the best I have ever experienced. The people are just G-R-E-A-There. Even after i'm gone i will be friends with these guys for life. Grow potential seems to be there. Upper management is very open to ideas of it's staff.

Cons

Health benefits! Could be a few more happy hours or free lunches.

Pros

Working here is what you make of it. The owners are always willing to listen and try innovative ideas. They really put value in their employees opinions because they know that the employees are on the front lines.

Cons

Management had a hard time communicating updates throughout the company for awhile, but I think great strides have been taken to improve transparency from the top down.
