Pros

Room for grow within sales department.sales department growing at a very hight rate. Business is expanding to other industries and states as well .

Cons

Sales driven company. Turn over a bit high because of quarterly quota to be met. Sales guys are very young and.inexperienced .sometimes very hard to speak with them about certain issues.

Pros

Good place to first start, if you have no other options that is. Average age of employees 23-35.

Cons

Cold calling all day. Repetitive job sitting in a rows of 10 with each person doing the exact same thing on the phone trying to get businesses with bad credit to take loans. You are technically scamming people who do not have much money to their name/business and taking a huge chunk of their revenue. No much room for growth, after you work with cold calls you move to "warm leads" and then more personal dealing which isn't saying much. Pay is pretty much commission so its all on you. Average person works here for 1-2 years and the whole time they're interviewing at other places so they can stop working at this boiler room. To sum it up DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

Casual attire. That's about it.

Cons

No structure, no one to learn from as everyone is entry level. Seemed like a zoo at times. That leads to high turnover. They need to pay up and hire professional HR person and other managers to professionalize the place and career path people. Owners are only interested in their wealth. Nepotism runs rampant. Benefits are non existent. Pay lags market. Why would you want to work there other than having no experience and no one else will hire you. That doesn't make for a successful company. Something happened there that made them change their name.
