Pros

Salary competitive, flexible work schedule, enjoyed the work and enjoyed co-workers

Cons

Leadership did not have integrity, expectations too high for role hired for, no feedback on a regular basis, no performance reviews, culture very poor, and dishonest management. Do not work here. Everyone complains about work life balance. Very poor diversity and no evident diversity goals.

Pros

Forbright Bank is uniquely positioned as an operator in the finance industry that prioritizes sustainability and employee wellness. The Company is on a growth trajectory with clear organizational goals stated by management. Teams are collaborative with limited turnover. Employees are empowered to complete their work in the way that is most effective for them, with remote and hybrid schedules available.

Cons

As with any growing company, internal processes tend to change over time (generally for the better, but still requiring flexibility from employees) and formal training can be limited.
