Company has been shopped around for sale from their private equity firm owners for a few years now. As such, products are pushed out the door before they are ready with the promise that needed features will be added in the next release. Whenever the numbers look bad, the PE firm tells management to lay people off. Lots of layoffs. It might be good for a short-term paycheck, but unless you drink the corporate Kool-aid and never provide honest criticisms you'll be on the lay off hit list for sure.

-Management leaves much to be desired The company was bought by Francisco Partners over a year ago and along with it came a new management team. The new management team is focused majorly on cutting costs. Leading to no raises last year and delayed raises this year despite increasing YoY revenue by more than 5% every single year. Bonuses were delayed but only brought back after major backlash. All major company events have been cancelled. -Entirely new systems and software New systems have been implemented that focus on micromanaging everyone through a database. Most jobs now take hours instead of minutes due to inefficiencies in the new system. -No growth opportunity Everybody is so busy cleaning up the new system messes that there is no opportunity for growth here in the next 2 years.
