They offer work-from-home options, which is nice.

Cons

Recklessly buys other companies with no plan or strategy and virtually no action taken by senior management. Very irresponsible and ultimately costs a bunch of people their livelihood. Shame on you, ForeUp.

Pros

There is a family like environment. They really have your back on most things. Always wanting to push you to be better both personally and professionally. They are decently good at promoting from within.

Cons

It is very much a boys club. 90%+ of the company is white males from Utah or the surrounding area. They don't really put a focus on diversity. They will expect you to work harder for less money. There are definitely favorite departments in the company that get more support and perks than others.
