Management has a knack for being misogynistic and underpaying all employees. The recent mergers and acquisitions of Clubessentials have been reckless and shortsighted.

There aren't any pros right now.

Cons

Every meeting will have a finance sheet showing how much profit the company is making and letting everyone know it's not enough. They pay below market for all positions. Unlimited vacation is pretty much a joke since the acquisition.
