Great Before acquisition

Pros

Great atmosphere. No micromanaging. Great team work. Making a change in the industry.

Cons

Once the acquisition changes happened, they forced out old management and brought new management in and the new management was out of touch with the company and egotistical.

Was a 5 star company . . . then they got acquired

Pros

Used to have great managers and leadership. Used to have an awesome goal of helping their clients. Used to work on projects that were helpful, but then the got acquired

Cons

They got acquired. New ownership doesn't care about the customers or their workers. They are sucking the company dry and ruining everything that was good there. The new leadership is out of touch and out to lunch
