Pros

The original people from the "good ole days" are some of my closest friends but they are slowly leaving to bigger and better things. The product is very easy to sell and is a NEED in the industry so it really feels recession proof. Comp on deals sold is good but bonus structure is unattainable (see cons).

Cons

Leadership priorities don't line up with the best interest of the job. They really only want to increase revenue at the expense of the customer experience. Such a small niche market that there is no growth opportunities. Bonus structure is unattainable. Out of 9 reps, 1 rep qualified for a quarterly bonus once and none will receive annual bonus. 1/45 bonus chances received. Absolute trash.
