Pros

Used to have great managers and leadership. Used to have an awesome goal of helping their clients. Used to work on projects that were helpful, but then the got acquired

Cons

They got acquired. New ownership doesn't care about the customers or their workers. They are sucking the company dry and ruining everything that was good there. The new leadership is out of touch and out to lunch

Pros

The people you work with are great and are easy to get along with. The new office in Pleasant Grove is very nice.

Cons

There is clear favoritism between management and certain departments. Expectations were unrealistic compared to the resources my team had. Very low pay. The company that acquired foreUP doesn't seem to care about the people.

Great work life balance All employees are great to deal with on a daily basis

Cons

Culture has changed since the acquisition and couldn't be more different. They laid off roughly 30 employees in July 2022 and our future is unsure.
