Really great team, and product. Get the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with upper management and accomplish tasks/projects that have a direct impact on the growth of the company. Exciting company dynamics, that are always growing.

Cons

Not much of a company culture yet, I imagine that will come with time through growth and experience.
