Pros

Amazing culture, great employee staff, supportive and open leadership. Best product on the market with growth and retention numbers to back that up. Lots of opportunities for advancement, both personally and professionally.

Cons

Growing pains of a fast growing tech company. The leadership team is really great about trying to minimize the pains though.

Pros

Flexible schedules and environment. Great if you're trying to do work and school.

Cons

Occasionally, after an update from developers, a lot can break, and customer support gets slammed. The worst part is the eta for a fix is unknown, and it's hard to give a firm response to the customers.

Pros

foreUP is a young company. They have a lot of room to grow and the sky is the limit. They have developed a POS that can be used for many different verticals outside of golf.

Cons

There is no structure to the organization. Processes and procedures are non existent. There is no culture. You are even required to provide your own computer and phone. The owners are wonderful guys who do care a great deal about there employees, they just lack in the necessary managerial skills.
