Pros

Flexible work schedule and really positive managers/owners. It's a great working environment!

Cons

Because it's a start-up company, there are still some parts of the job that are a little rough and need to be figured out.

Pros

I love coming to work each day because it's a positive environment filled with genuine people that push you to be better. Everyone here is all working towards a common goal, and it's really cool to be a part of. I've been here for years and I don't plan on leaving.

Cons

Because the company is still a bit smaller, there are some perks that employees of a larger corporation might get that we don't. That being said, foreUP has made huge strides this past year in that area as they continue to grow.

Pros

Fun work environment. Its a small company so everything you do affects the company. You get to work with all departments of the company and learn all aspects of the business. Freedom to grow and run with new ideas that you may have. Time off whenever you need as long as you get crud done.

Cons

There are growing pains. Not many set systems on how things happen like raises or promotions. Limited resources.
