Pros

I love working for ForeUP! I genuinely enjoy coming into work each and every day. I look forward to seeing, and working with all of my coworkers. The main thing that I love about working at ForeUP, is that because the company is small, you can personally make a big difference. I feel like I am valued and important, and that my suggestions and ideas are really taken into consideration. The culture is overwhelmingly positive and fun!

Cons

Honestly, ForeUP is the best company that I've worked for and I can't think of any Cons to it.

Pros

I have been working at ForeUP for slightly over a year and a half. I got very sick during this time period and everyone has been there for me. They left my spot open and helped me work my way back. The immediate supervisors over individual teams always have your back and will fight for you if needed. Amazing people to work with and lots of opportunities for growth. I recommend this job to anyone who wants to learn the ins and outs of a business and may be in school or just out of school.

Cons

Some procedures are not fully in place. Employees sometimes have to go after a raise rather than being granted one due to smaller company status.
