My co-workers and all the employees here are awesome to work with. Everyone is extremely supportive. I get to work on various projects, not just my daily responsibilities. Wearing different hats has helped my career and experience advance more quickly than it has at other large corporations.

Cons

It's a startup so you don't have all the extra fully staffed departments large companies have matured into.
