Peace rate pay, as an employee you recieve a percentage of each trailor you build,Weekly pay, fast paced work environment.

Cons

Very hard physical labor. Very strict on attendence, no payed vacation, high turn over rate. Very unsafe work enviornments. Negative people everywhere.
