The company gives you the freedom to do your jod. That makes you feel an ownership in your job, the product and the company.

Cons

Sometimes it seems the Company is getting too large. Communications can be hindered due to the sized of the Company. Internal competition sometimes hurts the company.

They work to put out quality rvs and hire quality people. I enjoy what I do and who I do it with. Really good money and management.

Cons

They show employee loyalty to a fault. Won't fire u of u can't do ur job by urself. Will make others help or move u.
