At Forge, you have the opportunity to work with great people and clients. The leadership here truly cares. They often promote from within and take care of their people regularly.

None that I can think of.

Pros

This is the only place I’ve worked that genuinely cares about their employees, and for that reason some of the best come to work here. The benefits package is incredible.

Cons

Smaller firm (they are growing) so less opportunities

This company has a culture like no other. Constantly providing opportunities to get together and grow as a team. Company is 60% veteran.

Cons

Cons dont exist here. Its a growing company, so it doesnt have the entrenched bureaucracies of places like BAH
