Pros

Forge has a terrific company culture and leadership that puts people first. The work is interesting, and Forge is truly invested in the mission of the clients.

Solid employer, interesting work

Pros

Interesting work, small company where you actually get to meet the owner and feel like a part of the team, good benefits, great salaries

Cons

Generally don't like unlimited PTO (even though I never had a problem with it here)
