We’re sorry to hear that you felt concerns around recognition, growth opportunities, and workload. These are important issues that we take seriously. We are proud of our career ladders, particularly in our customer service department. Our career ladder is designed to target the 75th percentile of market compensation, to ensure we offering very competitive salaries. Additionally, we provide growth opportunities to internals first - 90% of all non-entry level services roles are filled with internals. You are correct that we do expect our employees to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
