Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about the growth and well-being of the team. The training was thorough, the tools were modern, and the work was meaningful. Helping customers succeed with such a cutting-edge product made every day feel impactful.

Cons

Formlabs moves fast, and sometimes priorities shift quickly. If you’re not comfortable with ambiguity or frequent change, it may be a challenging environment.

Cons

- Requires a disciplined lifestyle to keep up with expectations. - Resistance to change from frontline managers, but it's improving. - No clear roadmap to IPO, which can be discouraging when +30% of your compensation is in RSUs.
