I liked the people I worked with.

Cons

If you want a front-row seat to a masterclass in arrogance, this is the place. Leadership struts around like they’re building the next Apple, but can’t seem to figure out how to actually run a company. Every decision comes from ego, not strategy, and anyone who dares to question it gets sidelined.

Bad leadership and no growth opportunities

Pros

- free food and snacks - products is interesting - people on the support team are great

Cons

- leadership makes insane decisions that are clearly going to drive employees away - incredibly low pay - no opportunities for growth - overworking - doesn't promote internally and hires a ton of ex-wayfair people - c-suite doesn't care to connect with employees - people are miserable in general and the tension in the office can be felt everyday - long work days + less holidays + tons of restrictions on days off - fires a bunch of people and makes the remaining employees take over the work - doesn't listen to feedback and keeps claiming statistics when its clear the statistics aren't helping the company or the employees Overall bad company to work for long term.

Peers are generally amazing people with talent to share.

Cons

Management is immature to a degree that is hostile. Harassment is ignored, managers fail forward, and leadership is quick to blame their best teams for their own failures.
