- leadership makes insane decisions that are clearly going to drive employees away - incredibly low pay - no opportunities for growth - overworking - doesn't promote internally and hires a ton of ex-wayfair people - c-suite doesn't care to connect with employees - people are miserable in general and the tension in the office can be felt everyday - long work days + less holidays + tons of restrictions on days off - fires a bunch of people and makes the remaining employees take over the work - doesn't listen to feedback and keeps claiming statistics when its clear the statistics aren't helping the company or the employees Overall bad company to work for long term.
