Pros

If you work full time health insurance cost is very cheap.

Cons

Nurse to Pt ratio is high 6-7 or more pt per nurse. No sick time if you work part-time. Only 7 days off a year if you are part-time. You cant ask for vacation on holidays. no extra pay if you have to work holidays and no day off later for working the holiday.

Pros

Very enjoyable work environment overall. The company cares about their employees. My coworkers have always been excellent workers and wonderful people to be around making work much more enjoyable than it could be.

Cons

This year was the first time we've had raises in since 2012 because of the ACA unfortunately, but they at least have given us bonuses to try to make up for the past couple of years.
