Pros

Not many, hired at a low rate, but willing to use your skills at entry level pay. Pass experience and high recommendations from every past employer means nothing. They don't hire you for the skills you have, and you better not step out of the box they put you in.

Cons

Don't work there unless you have lived in Mississippi your whole life and you have no good ideas. Very much a good old boy system

Pros

Pay is good starting is decent $10/hr plus evening night and overnight differential pay. Staff is friendly From the CEO down to the laundry staff fgh takes great care of their employees especially those who travel afar to work everyday

Cons

Understaffed in certain areas but works hard to fill the positions with exceptional WE CARE attitude potential emoloyees

Pros

Friendly staff. Benefits are comparable to most companies. PTO earned every pay period with set asking for full time status or based on hours worked if part-time. Employee health clinic on site for $12 and allows use of pharmacy

Cons

Limited pay raises. Non essential personnel expected to work during unsafe weather conditions. Food costs have increased and discount is low. Not enough recognition for job well done.
