Pros

Facility is top notch. Still looks good on a resume. Easy to find open positions. Most physicians are pretty great.

Cons

They want Top Ten Percent performance while having the lowest pay in the entire country. (Seriously, look it up.) Benefits were just about worth it a few years ago, but they keep raising the cost and chipping away at benefits, and now they're not so great. But, that means there are always openings, since everyone leaves for greener pastures before long. Use it as a resume builder if you're a new grad, but look elsewhere for the long term.
