Fort Wayne Metals has a diverse and caring staff, good benefits, safe and stable working environment. They have a large variety of different jobs that you can learn and experience. I've been very well supported in reaching my personal goals and have the opportunity to support others in their journey as well.

Cons

Some of the chemicals we work with can be dangerous. (Depending on the department) Mandatory overtime when business demands
