      Cons

      Lacks incentive for production team members as there is a wage cap. Hires serious violent convicted felons, but fires employees for positive THC urinalysis results.

      Nothing at all not a good place

      Cons

      Everything about this place. Don't work here. Don't know what is going on it's a terrible company. Everyone hired has a connection to eachother be it a relation or neighbour. They let alot of people go after the 6 months after even tiny slip ups. You could be doing everything right and they still won't be happy.
