4yWe appreciate your feedback and thanks more importantly for your dedication to helping improve lives. Employee compensation is something we continuously review. And to that end, in November 2021, we announced plans to increase pay for our Production teams. As for the work environment, keeping our facilities clean and well-lit for our people and the important work they do is a must. Finally, we love celebrating the accomplishments of our people and providing fun opportunities to connect outside of work.
