Lot of opportunities to grow if you are the right candidate, if not then they will invest in you to make you right candidate. Pay is very good, no stress of work and rarely mandatory OT. Great benefits. You will never get fired unless you make them fire you. Its like a permanent government job. Its the place where you can build your career, not a short term gig.

Cons

Hiring process is very long and exhausting, they need to understand that people who would like to join dont have that much time to wait.

This company provides countless opportunities to learn either in the role, through certifications, or via our tuition reimbursement program. Our company leaders give much thought to benefits, celebrations, pay, flexibility, and other opportunities to take great care of employees. And the fact that we make products that help with saving lives makes our work meaningful.

Cons

As the company grows, it requires rapid change. Employees will need to get comfortable with navigating change.
