In response to your other comment, Fort Wayne Metals has a policy on Personal Relationships in our employee manual. It is the supervisor’s obligation to report a familial or romantic relationship with a direct subordinate. If an employee has concerns that something is not being shared, we encourage the person to report that to our Human Resources team so that they can review the matter.
