Cons

Pay was good at start but after fifteen years of 1 and 2 percent raises it was starting to decline. As they made different jobs available, they lowered the rate on them. They expected high volume and high quality output with inadequate equipment.

We have worked hard to preserve our family-like culture, but growing as fast as we have year over year has come with its growing pains. What started with just a handful of people has blossomed into more than 1,100 employees. While the pandemic forced us to restrict events around the workplace, things have begun to open up again, and we are planning activities that enable our people to connect in person again. We will continue to make sure our people, who are the source of our strength, can enjoy a great quality of life. A benefit of expanding our workforce is that we can manufacture more products that our customers can then use in their medical devices to improve more lives.
