4yWe appreciate your input on working at Fort Wayne Metals. As we continue to grow worldwide and expand our capabilities, we pick up more and more customers, but this does come with the challenge of keeping up with increased production. We pride ourselves on being good communicators -- sharing information about business performance from month to month and monthly updates from leadership about successes and opportunities for improvement. Considerable efforts have been made over the past several months to recruit more talented people to come work at Fort Wayne Metals. It's a very competitive hiring environment at this time, but we're committed to doing our best to bring new people into the Fort Wayne Metals family.
