Pros

Benefits and wages are very good. A family owned business that truly cares about you. The company wins because we win. If you're looking for a place that offers a steady and stable employee that cares this is the place for you.

Cons

We are growing and with that comes growing pains, but again the care for you as a person is there if you are able to effectively communicate and be a part of the solution. Long tenure employees, which can limit upward growth but again we are growing rapidly so there is always opportunities.
