Pros

Great company. Good people to work with. Good opportunity for advancement. Pays for schools and pay is reasonable. Benefits are great! Nearly free health and dental insurance.

Cons

I have very few issues with this place. It can be difficult to implement new technology, even though we consider ourselves a technological company. I always found that odd.

The smartest, most talented production teams in the world - world-class wore drawers. This company is primed for long-term success. Even better, it takes care of its people and provides great opportunities.

Cons

No major cons. The challenge is navigating rapid growth as the company grows with it. It is important to continue to find ways to transfer knowledge to new employees.
