Pros

Good attempts at employee engagement. On par with most high end companies for benefits.

Cons

Old school buddy buddy network. Low flyers who have risen beyond their skill set get recycled into same positions. Very destructive to modern employee engagement and expectations. Company underpays salary employees. Whatever level you come in at you can’t rise more than 10%.

Tremendous ownership that supports employees and the community. Great, energetic senior leadership team that is positioning the company for continued growth. The smartest, most talented production teams in the world - world-class wore drawers. This company is primed for long-term success. Even better, it takes care of its people and provides great opportunities.

Cons

No major cons. The challenge is navigating rapid growth as the company grows with it. It is important to continue to find ways to transfer knowledge to new employees.
