good company for beginners flexible schedule people with experience from whom one can learn trainings nice environment

Cons

old projects with lots of legacy code and inflexible clients salary (well, as in any other company, it depends on how good are you at negotiating your salary but usually is slightly below average)

- they forget the promises they are making - junior growth does not exist - growth is not posible or it is forced for the client's sake even though people are not ready
