Competitive salary and nothing else

Cons

Insane amount of work with almost zero support from management. Constant pressure for 8+ DOS. No rewards/bonus for additional DOS. Zero role training. No promotions for 2025. Constant layoffs. In case you’re in your early career please do yourself a favor and don’t even bother interviewing with them.
