      Remote work, PTO balance, not micromanaged, great work life balance

      Cons

      Overall the company was unorganized. After spinning off into this company it seemed no one knew what was going on. No HR help, no clear information on benefits. Multiple lay offs and limited over time opportunities.

      Everyone is very nice and willing to help you out if you ask and are understanding

      I was promised a rigid 6 week training program and am at week 6 and still have absolutely no idea what my role in the company is- I am a supervisor and I am not even on the schedule and do not have any of my direct reports switched over to me. I feel lost every day I come into work and feel like I have to fend for myself as far as training goes; but if I do not know my job role, I do not know how to get the correct training and how to fit in.
