No wage transparency. Found out a person with less experience than me got hired for $10000 more than me. They've let people go as "redundant" employees, and it's possible more redundant employees will be let go in the future. Financially the company has to readjust from separating from LabCorp and so they're focused on bringing in more trials to generate revenue, but that means raises and promotions with raises are not happening right now. There is a lack of transparency between the higher ups and everyone else, so it feels like most decisions are unexpected to the bigger organization and because of the lack of compensation and constant feeling of being in an ever changing environment, people's morale is low. Also, it looks like most jobs are going overseas and the remaining US positions are going to be managerial or director roles in the future.
