      Good Company with good policies and work culture . Good Management , Helpful Managers , Flexibility in work . New thinks and skills to learn

      The Training system is not robust and sound enough , we have to learn the task ourself no proper mentoring or shadowing . Lot of Trainings and SOP's related to Task to learn and remember.
