      Really good at pretending to want engagement and input from team.

      Cons

      Did not foster a company where engagement was really wanted or prioritized. The bottom line was and is the bottom line.

      Some of the managers are really good.

      Cons

      -High number of DOS, currently asking for 10+. -Continually getting rid of support staff and with no real plan on who is going to complete those tasks other than expecting other positions to take on more. -Continually asked to do more with less -Revoking of bonuses -Continually makes a point to tell people they are promoting and hiring but not actually seeing that reflected.
