Where to start. Company is doing terrible financially. Billable staff are getting laid off yet c suite jets around the world. They keep hiring more non billable positions and make everything self serve for billable staff. Terrible management, internal silos create nasty competitive situations. At times it feels like nobody is driving the bus.

The bonus structures that they used from Labcorp were nice but only if they kept you on before they released the incentive

Lack of upper level management leadership. Lack of communication to staff.
